Emulated Film products are delivered as digital downloads (typically ZIP archives containing LUTs, PowerGrades, presets, and/or instructions).

Delivery: 

• After checkout, you will receive access to your files by email and/or in your order confirmation.
• Downloads are usually available immediately once payment is confirmed.
• Please check spam/junk folders if you do not see the email within a few minutes.

License:

• Purchases grant a license for your personal or commercial creative use in your own projects.
• You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or re-upload Emulated Film files as standalone assets or competing packs.
• One purchase is for you (and your studio workflow); do not publicly post the raw LUT/Powergrade files.

Compatibility:

Product pages list supported apps and camera systems. Please confirm compatibility before purchasing. Software updates from third parties can occasionally affect workflows; we provide best-effort guidance but cannot guarantee compatibility with every host-app version forever.

Redownloads:

Keep your confirmation email and account access so you can re-download if you change machines. If a link expires or fails, contact us with your order number.

All Emulated Film products are digital downloads and are sold as final sale.

Because files are delivered electronically and can be downloaded immediately after purchase, we generally cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is completed.

If you experience a technical issue (corrupt file, missing download link, wrong product delivered), contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will help resolve it — including a replacement download when appropriate.
